Owners Laura and Dustin purchased the property that is now Pacific Northwest Equestrian Center in early 2020. Previously a thoroughbred breeding and training farm that hadn’t been used for horses in ages, the place required enormous TLC to become what it is today: a thriving equestrian community and education hub for engaged horse people in the greater Pierce/King County area to enjoy.
The PNWEC facility offers a full indoor arena, with an attached 7 stall barn and matted grooming/ready area. The outside houses horses in dry lot paddocks, a “communal housing” paddock, and large summertime pasture. The fully-fenced property is located down a quiet, dead-end street in Edgewood, WA—gate code and address is provided upon appointment. (We appreciate that customers respect the property is also the owners’ private residence.)
PNWEC is primarily a lesson barn. Everyone in our barn community is enthusiastic and committed to lifelong learning and the journey that is becoming a horseman, and we value trying new things, asking questions, and following your passion.
There are limited training spots with Laura Pauls, please inquire for space availability and a quote. We do not offer public boarding at this time.
